General Corporate

Our Global Headquarters and Research & Development facility is located at 4359 Roans Chapel Rd, College Station, TX 77845. We also maintain secondary operational hubs in Midland, TX, and Beaumont, TX.

Our upstream operations are highly concentrated in the Permian Basin (Midland and Delaware) and deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Our midstream logistics center is anchored at the Cushing Hub in Oklahoma, and our primary downstream asset is the Beaumont Refinery complex on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Vendors & Procurement

Prospective suppliers must complete the Pre-Qualification Form via our Vendor Portal. Our procurement team evaluates applicants based on HSE records, technical capability, financial stability, and diversity status. If there is a match with our current sourcing needs, you will be invited to fully register in our Ariba network.
