Integrated Supply
Chain & Logistics
A frictionless, highly secure midstream architecture interconnecting the Permian Basin to deep-water maritime shipping channels. Governed by AI-driven automated control systems.
SCADA Command Node
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) governs our entire 1,200-mile pipeline architecture. Utilizing ultrasonic flow meters, inline pressure sensors, and automated block valves, the system achieves a sub-2-second response time for leak detection and automatic shutoff.
High-Pressure Pipeline Network
Our flagship Roans Chapel Interconnect consists of dual 36-inch, high-yield carbon steel mainlines coated with fusion-bonded epoxy. It safely transports over 1.2 million barrels of crude daily from extraction sites directly to our refining hubs.
API 650 Storage Facilities
Viceroy operates highly organized, cylindrical storage tank farms with a combined capacity of 25 million barrels. Utilizing External Floating Roof Tanks (EFRT) to minimize vapor loss and equipped with automated radar gauging systems for millimeter-accurate volumetric readings.
Deep-Water Maritime Terminals
Our Gulf Coast facilities feature state-of-the-art marine loading arms capable of concurrently servicing Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs). Vapor Recovery Units (VRU) ensure absolute compliance with international maritime environmental standards during all loading operations.
Rail & NGL Logistics
To complement our pipeline infrastructure, Viceroy maintains a proprietary fleet of DOT-117 specification rail tank cars, purpose-built for the safe overland transport of Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs), LPG, and specialty petrochemicals to inland markets inaccessible by pipe.
Cushing Interconnects
Our bidirectional interconnects at the Cushing, Oklahoma storage hub provide Viceroy with supreme trading flexibility. By tapping directly into the WTI pricing nexus, our logistics team can dynamically route crude to storage or gulf refineries based on real-time market contango or backwardation.
Maritime Fleet Manifest
To ensure total control over international export routes, Viceroy owns and operates a proprietary fleet of double-hulled tanker vessels. Each vessel is equipped with advanced LNG dual-fuel engines, reducing maritime emissions by 30% compared to legacy bunker fuel systems.
| Vessel Class | Active Fleet | Avg. Capacity (BBL) | Primary Routes | Propulsion |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| VLCC (Very Large Crude Carrier) | 12 | 2,000,000 | Gulf Coast → Asia-Pacific | LNG Dual-Fuel |
| Suezmax | 24 | 1,000,000 | Gulf Coast → Europe | LNG Dual-Fuel |
| Aframax | 42 | 600,000 | Intra-Americas / Caribbean | Hybrid Electric |
| ATB (Articulated Tug Barge) | 64 | 150,000 | US Coastal / Inland Waterways | Tier 4 Diesel |
Pipeline Integrity Management
Our 12,000+ mile pipeline network is protected by continuous cathodic protection systems to prevent galvanic corrosion. Furthermore, we deploy ultrasonic Inline Inspection (ILI) "Smart Pigs" quarterly to scan every inch of steel for micro-fractures, wall thinning, and weld anomalies.
Automated LACT Units
Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) units serve as the automated cash registers of our midstream business. Measuring exact volume, API gravity, and basic sediment and water (BS&W) content in real-time, our LACT units ensure perfectly audited transfers directly into the blockchain ledger.
Global Trading & Arbitrage
Located in our College Station headquarters, the Viceroy Global Trading Desk operates 24 hours a day, locking in favorable spreads between WTI, Brent, and Dubai crude benchmarks. By integrating our proprietary tank farm telemetry directly into algorithmic trading models, we can optimize physical storage contango plays with zero human latency.
