Richard Vance
Chief Executive Officer
With over 35 years of global energy experience, Richard leads Viceroy's strategic vision. He formerly spearheaded deepwater development in the Gulf of Mexico and holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M.
Elena Rostova
Chief Operating Officer
Elena oversees all physical operations from the Permian Basin to the Beaumont Refinery. She is the architect of Viceroy's "Target Zero" HSE program and brings deep expertise in complex refinery turnarounds.
Marcus Thorne
Chief Financial Officer
Marcus directs Viceroy's capital allocation, M&A strategy, and commodity hedging portfolio. Prior to Viceroy, he was a Managing Director of Energy Investment Banking at a tier-one Wall Street firm.
Dr. James Chen
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Chen drives Viceroy's digital transformation, leading the development of our AI-driven "Neural Refinery" and subsurface digital twin technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Computational Geophysics from MIT.
